Has my payment been received?

Once the payment has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email with the reservation details.

After receiving the purchase confirmation email, the customer should contact the customer service agent whose number is listed on the website.

The agent will be in charge of confirming the reservation. All tours are subject to availability, which may change at any time. The customer service agent will confirm, if the activity is not available, we will proceed with the refund.

All changes or cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the reserved date. In special cases the customer service agent may authorize changes, this depends on different factors and we reserve the right to accept them.

Each tour or activity has different terms. There are tours that include round trip transportation from some hotels in specific areas and others where the client arrives on his own to the meeting point or location of the activity. The provider, we reserve the right to assign meeting points.

We recommend that before booking, the customer contact the customer service agent to confirm the details of the tour.

All published tours are in shared mode, there will be more people. Depending on the tour or activity there can be between 10-60 people (500 or more people if it is an amusement park or public place).
